By |December 11th, 2017|Basics, Not categorized, Organs & Systems, Stress|

The second system - the hormonal system (endocrine system), communicates, as the name suggests, via hormones, while the autonomic nervous system communicates via nerves. It is also referred to as the autonomic nervous system because it acts and reacts involuntarily, i.e. it is not subject to our will, but acts independently, quasi unconsciously for us and can hardly be consciously influenced by us.

Constant diarrhea – nothing helps! What can I do?

By |January 31st, 2013|Basics, Blog, Intestinal health, Natural help, Tips & Tricks|

Many people suffer from diarrhea and then say "I have diarrhea all the time! Where does it come from? Nothing helps!" Having constant diarrhea not only puts a strain on the intestines, it also results in a micronutrient deficiency in the body, as the intestines can no longer absorb everything as they would in a healthy state. In addition, having constant diarrhea often results in extreme restrictions in quality of life for those affected. Patients often report something like: "Because I have constant diarrhea, I always have to look and know that there is a toilet nearby. It's also unpleasant because my colleagues always look at me funny and start to make fun of me..."
