Project Description

Heart rate variability

Heart rate variability (HRV) describes your heart’s ability to flexibly adjust the interval between individual heartbeats. The more variable these intervals are, the better your body can adapt to stress, strain and regeneration.

A high HRV is a sign of a strong, adaptable autonomic nervous system and a good ability to regenerate. A low HRV, on the other hand, often indicates stress, exhaustion, chronic strain or a weakened immune system.

The HRV measurement gives you valuable information about this,

  • how well your body processes stress,

  • how restful your sleep is,

  • how your physical and emotional resilience is doing

  • and whether your current lifestyle is strengthening or burdening your body.

Regular HRV measurements can help to identify stress at an early stage, take targeted countermeasures and stabilize your health in the long term.
