Radi non-stop &#8211; i radi automatski. Ali nije nedodirljiv. Reaguje na sve \u0161to do\u017eivite, mislite i osje\u0107ate. Na svaki sukob, svaki gubitak, svaku neizvjesnost. Na svaki strah.     <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Sastoji se od dvije glavne grane: simpati\u010dkog nervnog sistema, sistema aktivacije &#8211; ubrzan rad srca, energizirani mi\u0161i\u0107i, pauzirana probava, mozak u re\u017eimu pre\u017eivljavanja &#8211; i parasimpati\u010dkog nervnog sistema, sistema regeneracije, zacjeljivanja i odmora. U zdravom \u017eivotu, ova dva sistema se ritmi\u010dki smjenjuju. Napetost i opu\u0161tanje, aktivnost i oporavak, budnost i san. Sve je to istina. Ali ispod svega toga, u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva, krije se ne\u0161to dublje: strah. Strah od gubitka kontrole. Strah od tu\u0111e osude. Strah da nismo dovoljno dobri. Strah od bolesti, gubitka, usamljenosti. Strah koji je mo\u017eda prisutan toliko dugo da se \u010dini kao nova normalnost.       <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Iz neurobiolo\u0161ke perspektive <strong>, strah je jedan od najja\u010dih aktivatora simpati\u010dkog nervnog sistema<\/strong> . On pokre\u0107e istu kaskadu kao i fizi\u010dka prijetnja: kortizol raste, adrenalin naglo raste, a tijelo se mobilizira za borbu ili bijeg. Samo ovaj put prijetnja nije lav, ve\u0107 misao. Sje\u0107anje. O\u010dekivanje. Osje\u0107aj koji prkosi imenu, ali je stalno prisutan.     <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">I ovdje le\u017ei pravi problem: Misao ne prestaje. Ipak, postoje strahovi koji pro\u017eimaju gotovo sve \u017eivote: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"&#091;li_&amp;&#093;:mb-0 &#091;li_&amp;&#093;:mt-1 &#091;li_&amp;&#093;:gap-1 &#091;&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul&#093;:pb-1 &#091;&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol&#093;:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od neuspjeha<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od gubitka voljene osobe<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od bolesti i smrti<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od odbijanja &#8211; strah od toga da budete voljeni ili prihva\u0107eni.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od toga da niste dovoljno dobri &#8211; kao majka, kao partner, u karijeri, kao osoba<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od gubitka kontrole<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od promjene i nepoznatog<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od usamljenosti<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od napu\u0161tanja<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od istinske intimnosti i ranjivosti<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od finansijskih pote\u0161ko\u0107a i dru\u0161tvenog pada<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od sukoba i vlastite ljutnje<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od toga da budete prepu\u0161teni ne\u010dijoj milosti i nemilosti<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od toga da bude\u0161 previ\u0161e &#8211; ili premalo<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od starenja i bezna\u010dajnosti<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od zaborava<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od mi\u0161ljenja drugih i javnog izlaganja<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od gre\u0161aka &#8211; i ka\u017enjavanja zbog njih.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od zavisnosti i gubitka vlastite autonomije<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od vlastitog tijela, od bola i gubitka kontrole nad vlastitim zdravljem.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od ti\u0161ine &#8211; jer se u ti\u0161ini javljaju stvari koje \u010dovjek radije ne bi osjetio.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od budu\u0107nosti i svijeta koji se prebrzo mijenja.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od gubitka vlastitog identiteta<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od razo\u010daravanja roditelja &#8211; \u010dak i kao odrasla osoba<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od razo\u010daravanja ili nano\u0161enja \u0161tete vlastitoj djeci<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od nepripadanja<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strah od toga \u0161ta bi drugi mislili o vama kada bi saznali istinu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Nijedan od ovih strahova te ne \u010dini slabim. Svi oni te \u010dine \u010dovjekom. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">A onda kontra-pitanje &#8211; mo\u017eda ono va\u017enije:  <strong>\u0160ta bih uradio\/la da nemam ovaj strah? Kako bih se pona\u0161ao\/la? \u0160ta bih rekao\/la, planirao\/la, usudio\/la se uraditi? Koliko bi mi \u017eivot bio druga\u010diji da ovaj strah ne dr\u017ei uzde?   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Ovo pitanje nije poziv na bijeg od stvarnosti. To je poziv da prepoznate koliko je od onoga \u0161to ne radite, ne ka\u017eete, ne usu\u0111ujete se u\u010diniti &#8211; zapravo strah prikriven kao razum. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">I daje vam ne\u0161to vi\u0161e: daje vam priliku da bacite pogled na budu\u0107nost. Da osjetite kako bi bilo da vi\u0161e nemate ovaj strah. Kako biste se kretali. \u0160ta biste rekli. \u0160ta biste se usudili. I ovo nije samo pusti san &#8211; to je neurobiologija. Mozak ne mo\u017ee pouzdano razlikovati da li je ve\u0107 pro\u0161ao neki put ili ga je jednostavno jednom u potpunosti razmotrio i osjetio. Ako zamislite situaciju bez straha u zaista detaljnim terminima &#8211; svim svojim \u010dulima, tjelesnim senzacijama, dahom, unutra\u0161njim iskustvom &#8211; onda je za mozak kao da je ve\u0107 imao ovo iskustvo. On postavlja novi put. Gradi novu mogu\u0107nost. I tamo gdje je ranije postojao samo jedan put &#8211; put straha, izbjegavanja i povla\u010denja &#8211; odjednom se pojavljuje alternativa. Ne prisilna. Ne nametnuta. Ve\u0107 ona koju je mozak do\u017eivio kao stvarnu &#8211; i stoga mo\u017ee birati u budu\u0107nosti.             <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Stoga se ne radi o izbjegavanju svega \u0161to izaziva strah. Ne radi se o povla\u010denju u svijet \u010diste sigurnosti i izbjegavanju svega \u0161to predstavlja izazov. \u017divot to ionako ne dozvoljava &#8211; i to ne bi bio lijek, ve\u0107 samo jo\u0161 jedan oblik zatvaranja.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Radi se o ne\u010dem sasvim drugom. O tome da ih upoznamo. Prvo: imenovanje strahova, njihovo izvla\u010denje iz polutame nesvijesti na svjetlo svijesti. Zatim: otkrivanje kada su nastali. Jer strahovi gotovo uvijek imaju pri\u010du. Oni nisu mane li\u010dnosti &#8211; oni su odgovori na pro\u0161la iskustva, na situacije u kojima je nedostajala sigurnost, gdje je ne\u0161to boljelo ili po\u0161lo po zlu. Dijete koje je nekada smatrano nedovoljnim \u010desto i dalje nosi taj osje\u0107aj u svom odraslom tijelu. Nervni sistem pamti &#8211; \u010dak i ako ga je um odavno odbacio.       <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">A onda: pronala\u017eenje rje\u0161enja. Va\u0161 vlastiti, individualni put. To mo\u017ee uklju\u010divati \u200b\u200bpsihoterapiju, terapije usmjerene na tijelo, naturopatiju, akupunkturu, NLP, sistemski rad, meditaciju &#8211; ili jednostavno iskren razgovor s nekim kome vjerujete. Ponekad je dovoljna tiha, strpljiva introspekcija tokom vremena. Ne postoji jedan pravi put. Poreme\u0107aji spavanja, jer mozak ne mo\u017ee da se prebaci iz budnog stanja \u010dak ni no\u0107u. Problemi sa varenjem, jer crijeva nisu adekvatno snabdijevana krvlju pod dominacijom simpati\u010dkog nervnog sistema. Imuni sistem koji se iscrpi ili ne funkcioni\u0161e ispravno &#8211; bilo prema hroni\u010dnim infekcijama ili autoimunitetu. Visok krvni pritisak, sr\u010dane aritmije, hroni\u010dni bol i tiha upala u tkivima.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Gotovo da i nema bolesti u kojoj autonomni nervni sistem ne igra ulogu. To nije pretjerivanje &#8211; to je stvar anatomije. Ovaj sistem doslovno snabdijeva svaki dio tijela: srce, plu\u0107a, jetru, bubrege, crijeva, ko\u017eu, \u017elijezde, imunolo\u0161ke \u0107elije. Nijedan organ ne funkcioni\u0161e nezavisno od trenutnog stanja nervnog sistema.
