Mo\u017eda tako\u0111er osje\u0107ate fizi\u010dke simptome anksioznosti: stezanje u grudima, nemirno srce, jure\u0107e misli koje ne mo\u017eete isklju\u010diti. Susreti s prijateljima koji su te nekada punili energijom sada ti iscrpljuju energiju. Zaboravljate stvari koje biste trebali znati. Odluke &#8211; \u010dak i male &#8211; se osje\u0107aju kao planine. Ova mo\u017edana magla jedan je od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih, ali najmanje ozbiljno razmatranih simptoma tihe upale.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Sve ovo ima biohemijsku osnovu. Tiha upala mjerljivo mijenja ravnote\u017eu neurotransmitera u mozgu. Manje serotonina se proizvodi kada upalni medijatori blokiraju odgovaraju\u0107i enzim. Dopamin gubi svoju efikasnost. GABA \u2013 prirodni sistem za smirenje mozga \u2013 je pod pritiskom.
