vizija, smjera i osje\u0107aja kuda bi ne\u010diji \u017eivot trebao voditi. Kada je energija jetre blokirana, \u010desto se osje\u0107amo paralizirano &#8211; znamo da \u017eelimo ne\u0161to promijeniti, ali ne mo\u017eemo zapo\u010deti. Ili reagiramo frustracijom i nestrpljenjem jer je energija tu, ali ne mo\u017ee prona\u0107i izlaz.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">U tradicionalnoj kineskoj medicini (TKM), jetra se tako\u0111er smatra organom <strong>ljutnje i agresije<\/strong> &#8211; i to nije tako negativno kao \u0161to zvu\u010di. Latinska rije\u010d <em>&#8220;aggredere&#8221;<\/em> jednostavno zna\u010di: napredovati, kretati se prema ne\u010demu. Agresija u svom izvornom smislu stoga nije destruktivna sila, ve\u0107 pokreta\u010dka snaga &#8211; sposobnost da se iza\u0111e izvan sebe, da se preuzme inicijativa, da se krene naprijed. Kada energija jetre slobodno te\u010de, to se manifestuje kao zdrava asertivnost i fokus. Kada stagnira, ista ta energija mo\u017ee lako prerasti u razdra\u017eljivost, nestrpljivost ili potisnuti bijes. Stoga je vrijedno zastati u prolje\u0107e i zapitati se: Gdje se trenutno suzdr\u017eavam, a gdje zapravo \u017eelim i\u0107i naprijed?     <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Jedna biljka koja na fascinantan na\u010din utjelovljuje ovu temu je <strong>kopriva<\/strong> . Ona pe\u010de &#8211; i stoga zahtijeva po\u0161tovanje i pa\u017enju. I ona u sebi nosi princip agresije: ona se name\u0107e, postavlja granice, ne mo\u017ee se zanemariti. Istovremeno, kopriva je jedna od najvrjednijih proljetnih biljaka od svih: bogata mineralima, detoksikuje i djeluje protuupalno. I posebno zanimljivo: smatra se klasi\u010dnim lijekom za proljetne alergije &#8211; upravo u vrijeme kada sam imunolo\u0161ki sistem prelazi u neku vrstu pretjerane reakcije, neku vrstu nekontrolirane agresije protiv zapravo bezopasnih podra\u017eaja. Kopriva poma\u017ee u regulaciji ove pretjerane reakcije i vra\u0107anju sistema u ravnote\u017eu. Proljetni biljni \u010daj, svje\u017ea supa od koprive ili kopriva kao sastojak smoothieja &#8211; mali, mo\u0107ni pratilac kroz prvo prolje\u0107e. A za one koji \u017eele jo\u0161 dublje zaroniti u svijet koprive: <strong>sjemenke koprive<\/strong> smatraju se jednim od najmo\u0107nijih biljnih tonika od svih. Hrane bubrege, ja\u010daju nadbubre\u017ene \u017elijezde i pove\u0107avaju energiju i izdr\u017eljivost &#8211; na dubok, obnavljaju\u0107i na\u010din, a ne kao kratkoro\u010dni udarac. U naturopatiji se koriste kod iscrpljenosti, nedostatka motivacije i op\u0107e slabosti.
