Prije nego \u0161to razgovaramo o dodacima prehrani, terapijama ili slo\u017eenim metodama lije\u010denja: Pijemo li dovoljno? Mozak i srce su jo\u0161 vi\u0161e bazirani na vodi, oko 73 posto, plu\u0107a oko 83 posto, a krv otprilike 90 posto. \u010cak i na\u0161e kosti sadr\u017ee oko 31 posto vode. I nisu samo na\u0161a tijela &#8211; i na\u0161e emocije su uglavnom sastavljene od vode. Osje\u0107aji su biohemijski procesi koji se odvijaju u vodenom okru\u017eenju. Ona prenosi hranjive tvari i kisik do \u0107elija, \u0161titi zglobove putem sinovijalne teku\u0107ine, reguli\u0161e tjelesnu temperaturu putem znoja, izbacuje metaboli\u010dki otpad i toksine putem bubrega i crijeva, podr\u017eava probavu, omogu\u0107ava hemijske reakcije u na\u0161im \u0107elijama i odr\u017eava sluznice vla\u017enima \u2013 od respiratornog trakta i crijeva do o\u010diju. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Voda igra posebno va\u017enu ulogu za mozak. Mozak je organ s najve\u0107im sadr\u017eajem vode i izuzetno je osjetljiv na dehidraciju. \u010cak i dehidracija od samo jedan do dva posto tjelesne te\u017eine &#8211; koli\u010dina koju jedva primje\u0107ujemo &#8211; mjerljivo naru\u0161ava na\u0161u koncentraciju, kratkoro\u010dno pam\u0107enje, raspolo\u017eenje i kognitivne performanse. Postajemo razdra\u017eljiviji, sporiji i iscrpljeniji. Na\u0161e razmi\u0161ljanje postaje manje jasno. I osje\u0107amo se gore &#8211; ne zato \u0161to je svijet postao te\u017ei, ve\u0107 jednostavno zato \u0161to na\u0161em mozgu nedostaju resursi za optimalno funkcioniranje.     <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Ovo tako\u0111er ima direktan utjecaj na emocionalni nivo. Oni koji piju dovoljno teku\u0107ine su vidljivo opu\u0161teniji, uravnote\u017eeniji i otporniji. Mi\u0161i\u0107i \u2013 uklju\u010duju\u0107i sr\u010dani mi\u0161i\u0107 \u2013 funkcioniraju glatko. Napetost se lak\u0161e osloba\u0111a. Tijelo se mo\u017ee regenerirati. Ali zaista zna\u010dajni efekti postaju o\u010digledni tek dugoro\u010dno \u2013 i \u010desto nisu povezani s nedovoljnim unosom teku\u0107ine. Istovremeno, sluznice, na\u0161a prva linija odbrane od virusa i bakterija, se isu\u0161uju i postaju propusnije za patogene. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>Zglobovi i vezivno tkivo.<\/strong>  Hrskavica se uglavnom sastoji od vode i zahtijeva kontinuiranu opskrbu teku\u0107inom da bi ostala gipka. Hroni\u010dna dehidracija uzrokuje probleme sa zglobovima, uko\u010denost i ubrzanu degeneraciju hrskavice. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>Ko\u017ea i vanjski izgled.<\/strong>  Ko\u017ea je najve\u0107i organ tijela i vidljivo reaguje na dehidraciju: postaje blijeda, gubi elasti\u010dnost i izgleda naborano i bez sjaja. Mnogi problemi s ko\u017eom koji se lije\u010de izvana imaju korijen u nedovoljnoj unutra\u0161njoj hidrataciji. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>Hroni\u010dna inflamatorna predispozicija.<\/strong>  Jedna od najpotcijenjenijih posljedica: Dehidracija odr\u017eava perzistentno, niskoinflamatorno stanje u tkivima. Ova tiha upala je faktor koji doprinosi gotovo svakoj hroni\u010dnoj bolesti &#8211; od autoimunih bolesti i osteoartritisa do metaboli\u010dkih poreme\u0107aja. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">U na\u0161oj integrativnoj praksi, vi\u0161e puta primje\u0107ujemo da ljudi koji konstantno pove\u0107avaju unos te\u010dnosti prijavljuju zna\u010dajna pobolj\u0161anja u roku od samo nekoliko sedmica &#8211; vi\u0161e energije, manje glavobolja, bolju probavu, jasnije razmi\u0161ljanje i mirniji san. Voda nije \u010dudotvorni lijek, ali je fundamentalni resurs. Pa ipak, ona je fundamentalna. Dobro hidrirano tijelo br\u017ee zacjeljuje, bolje reagira na terapije, manje je sklono upalama i ima ve\u0107i kapacitet za regeneraciju. Voda je jedna od apsolutno neophodnih stvari &#8211; uz svje\u017e zrak, sun\u010devu svjetlost, laganu tjelovje\u017ebu, zdravu ishranu i dru\u0161tvene veze.
