U Njema\u010dkoj je pogo\u0111eno oko 15% stanovni\u0161tva, a u svijetu \u010dak i znatno vi\u0161e. Ova intolerancija mo\u017ee zna\u010dajno naru\u0161iti kvalitetu \u017eivota, jer ograni\u010dava u\u017eivanje u mnogim namirnicama i manifestuje se brojnim, \u010desto nespecifi\u010dnim simptomima. Sastoji se od dva jednostavna \u0161e\u0107era: glukoze (gro\u017e\u0111ani \u0161e\u0107er) i galaktoze. Da bi tijelo moglo iskoristiti ovu laktozu, ona se mora razgraditi na dvije komponente u tankom crijevu uz pomo\u0107 enzima laktaze. Nesvarena laktoza tada dospijeva u dublje dijelove crijeva, gdje je razgra\u0111uju bakterije \u2013 stvaraju\u0107i plinove i kiseline. To dovodi do tipi\u010dnih simptoma kao \u0161to su nadimanje, gr\u010devi u trbuhu i dijareja.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1747\">Postoje dva glavna oblika:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1747\"><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1781\">1. Primarna intolerancija na laktozu<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2095\">Ovaj oblik je genetski. Kod mnogih ljudi, proizvodnja laktaze se prirodno smanjuje tokom \u017eivota \u2013 normalan evolucijski proces, budu\u0107i da ljudi prvobitno konzumiraju maj\u010dino mlijeko samo tokom djetinjstva. Me\u0111utim, u Evropi je primarni oblik rje\u0111i nego u drugim dijelovima svijeta.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2095\"><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2131\">2. Sekundarna intolerancija na laktozu<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2233\">Sekundarna <strong data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2168\">intolerancija na laktozu<\/strong> je uzrokovana o\u0161te\u0107enjem sluznice tankog crijeva, na primjer:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2450\">\n<li data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2271\">celijakija (intolerancija na gluten)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2272\" data-end=\"2352\">Hroni\u010dne upalne bolesti crijeva (npr. Ako se nakon konzumiranja mlije\u010dnih proizvoda vi\u0161e puta osje\u0107ate lo\u0161e, to je pokazatelj mogu\u0107e netolerancije. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3642\" data-end=\"3886\"><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3888\" data-end=\"3906\">2. H2 test disanja<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3908\" data-end=\"4207\">Zlatnim standardom se smatra tzv. Popijete rastvor laktoze i meri se sadr\u017eaj vodonika u izdahnutom vazduhu.
