Sve vi\u0161e ljudi prijavljuje nelagodu nakon konzumiranja hrane koja sadr\u017ei gluten. \u010cesto se koriste termini <em data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"505\">intolerancija na gluten<\/em> i <em data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"535\">osjetljivost na gluten<\/em> . Ali \u0161ta ta\u010dno zna\u010de ovi pojmovi? Postoji li razlika izme\u0111u to dvoje? Osigurava elasti\u010dnost tijesta i daje pekarskim proizvodima njihovu tipi\u010dnu konzistenciju. Me\u0111utim, sa medicinske ta\u010dke gledi\u0161ta, postoje suptilne razlike: <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1570\"><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1620\">1. <strong data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1620\">Celijakija \u2013 prava intolerancija na gluten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1945\"><strong data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1638\">Celijakija<\/strong> je autoimuna bolest u kojoj tijelo reagira imunolo\u0161kom reakcijom na gluten sadr\u017ean u hrani. To dovodi do upale i o\u0161te\u0107enja crijevne sluznice, posebno resica tankog crijeva. Uz ovaj oblik, do\u017eivotna, stroga dijeta bez glutena je neizbje\u017ena.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1945\"><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1999\">2. <strong data-start=\"1954\" data-end=\"1999\">Nepodno\u0161enje glutena bez celijakije<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2448\">Takozvana <strong data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2061\">intolerancija na gluten bez celijakije<\/strong> ili <strong data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2107\">osjetljivost na gluten bez celijakije<\/strong> opisuje reakciju na hranu koja sadr\u017ei gluten u kojoj se, me\u0111utim, ne mo\u017ee otkriti autoimuna reakcija i o\u0161te\u0107enje crijevne sluznice. Simptomi su sli\u010dni onima kod celijakije, ali medicinski nalazi su neupadljivi. Uzrok jo\u0161 nije jasno utvr\u0111en, zbog \u010dega je ovo dijagnoza isklju\u010denja.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2448\"><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2450\" data-end=\"2475\">3. <strong data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2475\">Alergija na p\u0161enicu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2477\" data-end=\"2761\">Ovo je klasi\u010dna alergijska reakcija na proteine \u200b\u200bu p\u0161enici \u2013 uklju\u010duju\u0107i, ali ne isklju\u010divo, gluten. data-start=\"3330\" data-end=\"3497\">Kod celijakije mogu se pojaviti dodatni simptomi nedostatka (npr. nedostatak gvo\u017e\u0111a, nedostatak vitamina D) jer o\u0161te\u0107ena crijevna sluznica mo\u017ee biti izazovno jer ne postoji definitivan test za necelijakiju.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3584\" data-end=\"3744\"><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"3746\" data-end=\"3778\">1. <strong data-start=\"3753\" data-end=\"3778\">Dijagnoza celijakije<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3859\">Za dijagnosticiranje celijakije obi\u010dno se poduzimaju sljede\u0107i koraci:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3861\" data-end=\"4158\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3861\" data-end=\"3923\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3863\" data-end=\"3923\"><strong data-start=\"3863\" data-end=\"3883\">Test krvi<\/strong> na antitela (npr. tTG-IgA ili EMA)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3924\" data-end=\"4022\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3926\" data-end=\"4022\"><strong data-start=\"3926\" data-end=\"3945\">Biopsija tankog crijeva<\/strong> za procjenu crijevne sluznice (npr. u slu\u010daju abnormalnih nivoa antitijela)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"4023\" data-end=\"4158\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4025\" data-end=\"4158\"><strong data-start=\"4025\" data-end=\"4040\">HLA genetsko testiranje<\/strong> (u slu\u010daju nejasnih nalaza): Odre\u0111ene varijante gena (HLA-DQ2 ili DQ8) su povezane sa pove\u0107anim rizikom od celijakije.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4160\" data-end=\"4319\"><strong data-start=\"4160\" data-end=\"4172\">Va\u017eno:<\/strong> Za pouzdanu dijagnozu, namirnice koje sadr\u017ee gluten moraju se konzumirati prije testiranja, ina\u010de mo\u017ee do\u0107i do la\u017eno negativnih rezultata.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4160\" data-end=\"4319\"><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"4321\" data-end=\"4378\">2. <strong data-start=\"4328\" data-end=\"4378\">Dijagnoza isklju\u010denja za intoleranciju na gluten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4380\" data-end=\"4574\">Ako se isklju\u010di celijakija i alergija na p\u0161enicu, mo\u017ee se posumnjati na necelijakijsku intoleranciju glutena.
