Mnogi ljudi govore o &#8220;nadutom stomaku&#8221; ili &#8220;napetom stomaku&#8221; &#8211; bez obzira na pojam, ostaje \u010dinjenica da ova tema postaje sve aktuelnija. Ali koji su uzroci nadutosti? Za\u0161to toliko ljudi pati od ovoga? To posebno uklju\u010duje: <\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Fruktoza<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>laktoza<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sorbit<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>histamin<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>gluten<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ove netolerancije \u010desto nastaju zbog prekomjerne konzumacije ili zbog poreme\u0107ene crijevne flore. Mogu se dijagnosticirati jednostavnim testovima kao \u0161to su testovi krvi, analize stolice ili testovi zadaha. Ako ostanu neotkriveni, ne samo da dovode do nadimanja, ve\u0107 i do simptoma kao \u0161to su dijareja, zatvor i bol u trbuhu.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Nedovoljno probavnih sokova<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Na\u0161i probavni sokovi \u2013 posebno \u017eelu\u010dana kiselina, enzimi pankreasa i \u017eu\u010dne kiseline \u2013 neophodni su za preradu hrane. Ako je njihova proizvodnja poreme\u0107ena ili preslaba, ugljikohidrati, masti i proteini ne mogu se optimalno probaviti. To dovodi do procesa fermentacije u crijevima, \u0161to mo\u017ee uzrokovati nadimanje i druge probavne probleme.  <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gljive i klostridije u crijevima<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Gljivice, posebno Candida, dugo su se smatrale glavnim uzro\u010dnikom nadutosti. Me\u0111utim, oni su manje uobi\u010dajeni nego \u0161to se \u010desto pretpostavlja. Mnogo su problemati\u010dnije <strong>klostridije<\/strong> , grupa bakterija koja uzrokuje ozbiljno stvaranje plinova u crijevima. Tada vrijedi ispitati svoje prehrambene navike i eventualno napraviti testove na intoleranciju.
