Formira se u \u0107elijama jetre (hepatocitima) i sti\u017ee do \u017eu\u010dne kese preko razgranatog sistema kanala. Tamo se pohranjuje i po potrebi otpu\u0161ta u tanko crijevo.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"1285\">\u017du\u010dna kesa je organ u obliku kru\u0161ke koji se nalazi na dnu jetre. Mo\u017ee pohraniti oko 30 do 50 mililitara \u017eu\u010di. Kada se unese masna hrana, \u017eu\u010dna kesa se skuplja i osloba\u0111a koncentriranu \u017eu\u010d kroz \u017eu\u010dni kanal u duodenum.
