Neki od vas se mo\u017eda se\u0107aju tog izraza sa \u010dasova biologije u \u0161koli. Mitohondrije su vrhunske elektrane u na\u0161im tjelesnim stanicama. Bez njih, prakti\u010dno ni\u0161ta ne funkcioni\u0161e u telu, jer oni proizvode na\u0161u energiju!     <\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Mitohondrije su takozvane \u0107elijske organele \u2013 to jest, nalaze se kao komponente u svim na\u0161im tjelesnim stanicama \u2013 pa, osim u na\u0161im crvenim krvnim zrncima (tzv. eritrociti). Svako tijelo ima preko <strong>80 triliona tjelesnih \u0107elija<\/strong> i u svakoj od ovih \u0107elija ne postoji samo jedan mitohondrij, ve\u0107 <strong>1.500 do 4.000 mitohondrija<\/strong> ! Ludo, zar ne?!   <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Na\u0161i mitohondriji proizvode <strong>energiju u obliku ATP-a<\/strong> . Neki od vas su ovo mo\u017eda ve\u0107 negdje \u010duli i nejasno ga se sje\u0107aju. ATP, adenozin trifosfat, jedini je snabdjeva\u010d energijom u na\u0161em tijelu koji odr\u017eava rad svih organa i svih metaboli\u010dkih procesa i opskrbljuje ih energijom.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Pustite da se topi u ustima &#8211; <strong>SVE u tijelu treba i koristi ATP<\/strong> energiju. Na\u0161a jetra, na\u0161i bubrezi, na\u0161a \u0161titna \u017elijezda, na\u0161a crijeva, na\u0161 hormonski sistem, imunolo\u0161ki sistem, sluznice, jajnici, materica, prostata, nadbubre\u017ene \u017elijezde, na\u0161e srce, na\u0161i osjetilni organi &#8211; jednostavno SVE treba i koristi ATP.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Dakle, ako dobro pogledate, mitohondrije predstavljaju osnovu, sr\u017e svake bolesti i svakog procesa ozdravljenja. Ako smo ovdje lo\u0161e pozicionirani, imamo probleme na mnogim mjestima u tijelu. Ako zanemarimo mitohondrije u na\u0161oj terapiji&#8230; bi\u0107e te\u0161ko zapravo postati i ostati zdravi u sr\u017ei.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Bez energije ni\u0161ta ne funkcioni\u0161e u telu!<\/strong>  Zato mislim da bismo trebali zahvaljivati \u200b\u200bna\u0161im mitohondrijama svaki dan na briljantnom, te\u0161kom poslu koji obavljaju kako bi nas odr\u017eali u \u017eivotu.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">\u0106elije sa najve\u0107im brojem mitohondrija nalaze se u na\u0161em <strong>srcu<\/strong> , na\u0161im <strong>mi\u0161i\u0107ima<\/strong> , na\u0161em <strong>nervnom sistemu<\/strong> i na\u0161im <strong>\u010dulnim organima<\/strong> . Ako ste zlostavljali svoje mitohondrije, simptomi \u0107e se \u010desto prvo pojaviti u ovim podru\u010djima. Grubo govore\u0107i, oni proizvode gore spomenuti ATP (energiju) iz masnih kiselina, ugljikohidrata i tako\u0111er iz proteina\/aminokiselina koje apsorbiramo hranom.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Jednostavno re\u010deno, postoji nekoliko procesa u mitohondrijima u kojima se tvari izgra\u0111uju i pretvaraju, tako da na kraju nastaje ATP. Mo\u017ee se shvatiti kao lanac \u2013 procesi koji se odvijaju jedan za drugim i koji se moraju odvijati da bi se ATP stvarno proizveo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Na prvu zvu\u010di prili\u010dno jednostavno, zar ne? Stres je najve\u0107i i, po mom mi\u0161ljenju, najva\u017eniji faktor.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Ako nedostaju nutrijenti \u2013 \u010dak i ako je samo nekoliko njih u deficitu \u2013 onda mitohondrije ne mogu pravilno funkcionirati i ne mogu proizvoditi energiju, o\u0161te\u0107uju se i nakon toga uzrokuju bolesti\/neugode \u2013 koje se nazivaju i <strong>mitohondrijalne bolesti<\/strong> .  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Budu\u0107i da mitohondrije imamo u svim na\u0161im organima i tkivima, to mo\u017ee dovesti do
