Tokom mjerenja, pacijent ima <strong>mjerni pojas zategnut oko grudi<\/strong> i povezan je preko Bluetooth-a sa softverom na iPad-u. <\/h3>\n<p>Postoje razli\u010dite vrste mjerenja varijabilnosti otkucaja srca. <strong>Prvi test traje oko 7 minuta<\/strong> . Tokom testa, pacijent sjedi mirno, ne govori i ne kre\u0107e se, i jednostavno di\u0161e mirno dok pojas mjeri svoje mjere. Nakon 7 minuta za\u010duje se mali bip i prvo mjerenje je gotovo.   <\/p>\n<p>Ako prvo mjerenje poka\u017ee da <strong>je va\u0161 simpati\u010dki nervni sistem previ\u0161e aktivan<\/strong> , izvr\u0161it \u0107emo <strong>drugo mjerenje<\/strong> , ovog puta u trajanju od otprilike 2-3 minute, tokom kojeg \u0107ete vi, pacijent, pratiti <strong>specifi\u010dan<\/strong> <strong>obrazac udisanja i izdisaja<\/strong> koji \u0107e vam softver na iPad-u predlo\u017eiti.
